Winter Operations Center
In response to Winter Storm Uri in February 2021, Seeger Water created the Winter Operations Center, an information center for our customers, employees, community partners, stakeholders, and the public at large to learn about ongoing winter weather conditions and our response to assist. When the WOC is active, this page will display live coverage of winter weather conditions across the Seeger Water service regions and give customers (new and existing) the ability to request emergency assistance from Seeger Water.

When you fill out a form above, your address is automatically added to our map and all of our dispatchers and technicians can see it.

General Information / Policies / Terms
The Seeger Water Winter Operations Center is a courtesy to Seeger Water customers and the general public. We do not receive public funds nor do we charge customers for use of this webpage. Per company policy, the WOC may only be placed in Active/Emergency status at the discretion of the President. Generally, the WOC is not in Active/Emergency status except during extreme winter weather conditions or a severe winter storm.
When the WOC is in Active/Emergency status, all of Seeger Water’s routine maintenance and non-emergent calls for service are suspended in order to re-allocate company resources and personnel towards emergency response and recovery efforts. Additionally, all pricing converts to emergency or after hours pricing.
If you are commercial, industrial, public utility, or government customer, we strongly encourage you to contact us well in advance of a winter storm so that we can establish emergency operations procedures, access control, and establish an MOU (memorandum of understanding).
