Vacation - Take It

Here at Seeger Water, we believe employees need time off work, and lots of it. Let’s face it, working outside is hard work and our summers are HOT! We have a few vacation perks to keep you rested, refreshed, and ready for work:

  • We have a total of 13 company-wide holidays, giving you nice long weekends throughout the year.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

    • First Year: 40 hours PTO

    • Year 2: 60 hours PTO

    • Year 3: 80 hours PTO

    • Year 5: 100 hours PTO

    • Year 10+: 120 hours PTO

  • In addition to your PTO, all employees have 3 Wellness Days each year - we want you to take care of your health without having to use your PTO.

*Please note: PTO and Wellness Days do not begin until after 90 days of employment.
